• Per state and federal regulations every juice cup is required date stamping. This cost reflects the labor necessary to date each individual juice cup (extra handling includes Slacking, dating, and etc).
• Waste
• This number is based off the industry avg X case cost. Waste includes un used thawed product, improper rotation, out dated and improperly dated product, limited shelf life once thawed from frozen state.
• Storage cost
• Frozen/Fresh juice cups must be stored in freezer or refrigerator this results in a increased utility usage cost.
